• Creative content: uploaded videos, images, prompts, outputs, and related task records.
• Transaction and support information: orders, credit records, and information you send to support. Payment providers process payment details; we do not store complete card numbers.
• Usage information: device, browser, referral and visit information, feature usage, and necessary cookie information. Visit records may be associated with your signed-in account.

Uploaded or submitted materials may be saved before generation to let you continue creating, process requests, and provide support. Make sure you have permission to provide any information about others.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain sign-in, video processing, creation history, payments, credits, support, service improvements, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Authorized personnel may access relevant records as needed for support, security, or operations.

Where applicable law requires, we process information on the basis of contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or your consent.

We do not ourselves use your uploaded materials or generated content to train AI models. Necessary third-party AI providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies; our commitment does not represent an equivalent commitment by those providers.

3. Necessary sharing

We may share relevant information with necessary providers of AI processing, cloud storage, payments, authentication, email, and analytics to deliver the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect legal rights, or address security incidents.

Information may be processed outside your country or region. Cross-border processing must comply with applicable data protection requirements.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies or browser storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and operate the service. Enabled analytics tools may automatically collect visits, feature usage, and page interactions, including session recordings and heatmaps, to understand usage and improve the service.

Retention depends on service delivery, creation history, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Materials and outputs, accounts, transactions, and backups may have different retention periods. We do not currently promise a single automatic deletion deadline.

You may request deletion, subject to necessary legal, security, and transaction record retention. Deletion does not mean that all backups or copies held by third parties are immediately erased.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Back up creations you wish to keep long term.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion, and where applicable a copy of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

7. Age restriction

The service is not offered to users under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
