Terms of Service

These terms apply to CloneCut at clonecut.net. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Our service

We provide AI video editing and creation tools to replace people, products, objects, backgrounds, and other content in existing videos while aiming to preserve the original action, camera movement, and timing. Available features and limits are shown in the editor.

AI results may vary. We do not guarantee particular results, originality, or audience performance. References to “viral” content do not promise views, revenue, or marketing outcomes. Review the complete result before publishing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity required by applicable law to enter into a contract. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized use. Do not use another person's account or bypass access, billing, or security restrictions.

3. Inputs and generated content

You retain the rights you hold in uploaded materials. You must have the permissions needed to use and process them, including relevant likeness, voice, privacy, and intellectual property permissions.

You grant us and necessary service providers limited permission to store, transmit, process, and deliver your materials and outputs to provide the service. This does not transfer ownership of your original materials.

Use of outputs, including commercial use, must comply with applicable law, input permissions, and relevant model service terms. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, or freedom from third-party rights. Publicly available materials and examples shown on this site do not automatically grant you permission to use them.

4. Prohibited uses

Do not use the service for illegal content, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, malicious impersonation, harassment, or false endorsements. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, likeness, or privacy rights; disrupt the service; bypass billing; or access others' data without permission.

Follow applicable AI labeling and disclosure requirements when publishing. Do not misleadingly present fictional actions or endorsements as real events.

5. Payments, credits, and refunds

Prices, credit charges, validity periods, and applicable subscription renewal and cancellation rules are displayed when purchasing or generating. Only enabled purchase options are available.

Credits are returned for tasks confirmed by the system as failed. Pending or unresolved tasks are not automatically failures. Dissatisfaction with the appearance or quality of a successfully generated output is not automatically a technical failure.

Credit returns and monetary refunds are handled separately. Support manually reviews duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and other refund requests based on the transaction, usage records, and applicable law. Include your order or task ID. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.

6. Service management and liability

Download and back up content you wish to keep; this is not a permanent storage service. We may restrict content, suspend accounts, or terminate access as necessary to address violations, security risks, or legal requirements.

We reasonably maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every need. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes and provide appropriate notice of material changes. We will obtain separate consent where legally required.
